Clients are advised to read through the following terms and conditions before booking an appointment with Ireland Aesthetics. In making a booking you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as outlined below. 

Booking & Cancellation Policy 

All bookings are made through an independent software platform. In order to book an appointment you will need to provide a bank or credit card to confirm your booking. Ireland Aesthetics does not take bookings over the phone or by email or social media. Clients are able to cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 12 hours in advance. Failing to cancel or reschedule an appointment within that time frame will result in a non-refundable/no show charge. 

Gift vouchers are non refundable under any circumstance. 


A £20 fee is payable for all consultations and this is to pay for our practitioners time and expertise. The consultation fee is not redeemable against treatment cost. Consultations are available online or *in-clinic (*subject to Government Guidelines).

During the course of the appointment you are required to fill out a client questionnaire and treatment form online. By signing you are confirming that you understand the benefits and risks involved in the treatment. Your signature confirms that you are aware that no guarantees can be given to the outcome of any treatment and individual results will vary. 


Ireland Aesthetics will not accept any liability for any damage that occurs due to the client's failure to disclose details and medical information on the consent/treatment form. The client agrees to read and comply with all aftercare advice given by Ireland Aesthetics and to read the digital copy of written aftercare advice that is emailed to the client after treatment.
